The process is indeed quick, however, the recruiter never replied to any of my emails during the whole process and even though I got to the final stage of it, after spending many hours with preparation and interviews, apart from the 6 hours doing an assessment, when in the end you are not selected, they just send you a generic email with no feedback or explanation at all. I replied asking for a constructive feedback and never heard a word back. Also, salary was never clarified throughout the entire process.

The questions are relevant for the position and not hard to answer, however the whole process, especially the assessment, takes too many hours, especially if you are already employed somewhere, so I would expect at least a constructive feedback or anything further than a generic reply after everything.
