Interview process was straightforward but I didn't apply but was approached by recruiting agency. Did an initial call to get introduced with what's being done at Stem. Provided the CV to them and got handed back a coding excercise. Excercise was actually really fun but they don't expect too much (based on me later reviewing the same for other candidates). After that, I had interview panel with a few engineers, chief architect and directors from different teams related to dev (QA, Devops). Interview questions were realistic and not overly complex.
