Very straightforward interview - asked about my previous volunteer experience (the only job/volunteer experience I had that involved some customer service aspect), and asked what good customer service meant to me. Had one interview with the store manager, not with the deli supervisor.

Interview at job fair, very friendly interviewer, easy process, came in to the job fair, had to fill out a form with all my information, work experience, job references first, then went for a 10min interview with a guy.
