The interviewer was very unsettled when I first met him. He greeted me okay, and then quickly took me to a room, and left me to complete an application form. He returned with another interviewee, and then asked me to come along with him. The interview started out okay, and then he asked IF I knew what the time range for work would be from 12:30pm to 9:30pm. I responded saying that I wasn't aware (since I wasn't briefed in the job description or anything), then I said "...but okay" (since I didn't mind). He stops mid-interview and says, "Well this is where our interview ends. Thank you for coming and best of luck." Where did I go wrong? Still confused, and I think he already had who he wanted and was just following through with the interview to observe protocol or whatever.

A bunch of candidates wait for at least 30mins, then one by one to meet the manager, When you meet the manager, you just need around 5 minutes to complete the 1st interview.
