There were total 5 rounds for the selection:
1st was an AI interview over the call with an AI named RIVA.
2nd was the HR round where they will select you for a particular process
3rd was the managerial round
These three rounds were done on 1st day
Then the selected candidates have to come the next day for further procedures
4th round was and assesment round where there will be some logical reasoning and English related MCQs were there
And the last 5th round was of the typing test where they were asking for 30-35 WPM but before that they give the candidates some time to practice and also provide 3 chances for the same
After clearing all the rounds the final is the document verification where the candidate will going to receive the offer letter

The interview process included multiple stages with similar and sometimes repetitive questions. It required patience and consistency in answering. Despite this, the interviewers were professional, and the overall experience was organized and fair.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
-I explained my strengths, such as strong communication skills and patience when handling customers. For my weakness, I mentioned that I sometimes overthink, but I am working on improving by managing my time and staying focused.
