They first have recruiting interview you, once you pass the first interview they check your KPI'S and your attendance and how well you did with the first interview to determine if you get a second interview. if you get the second interview the manager of the account or of that positions you are applying for interview you and see if you meet the requirements and if they think you are a good fit for that position, then they give you an offer and see if that's what you want then give you the start date
