Applied online at the Teleperformance website by sending my cv with a cover note to the recruitment team. At that time they was looking more towards recruiting pertemps, reed etc. though it would been cheaper to recruit someone direct to the company but must of been due to laziness of staff. Applied and received a call short while later with an phone interview and then was asked to come in for an group and 1 to 1 interview. Passed and was awarded the job 2 weeks later. My perception of the people was that they was very friendly though lacked enthusiam maybe were bored of their job and wanted to move on to other things. The work culture and office seemed like they meant business and we were there to work and not to play around and have fun.

Quick and effective process. The interviewer was friendly and polite. The interview process was smooth and easy. They check your fluency in English and how confidence you are. They will give you a random topic to speak on for about 1 min max.
