Recruitment Process: - Once resume is passed, you will fill up a form regarding some of your information - Along with other applicants, you will need to send an online application somewhat same like your resume (personal information, work experience, educational attainment, etc) - Initial Interview: Interviewer will call 3 applicants to know more about yourself. She/He will check your grammar, accent, and pronunciation - Online Exam: General Knowledge Test (don't worry, they'll allow you to search answers using Google), Grammar Test, Typing Test (at least 28wpm), Computer & Internet Knowledge Test, Sales Test (it depends if you will be profiled to a 50% tech support and 50% sales account like Telecom) - Versant: A phone simulation. This will test your speaking, writing and listening skills in English language. You will need to pass versant before you go on to the final interview. But if you fail, you will still be given a chance to re-take versant. - Final Interview: This is the last part so you can get the job.

The recruiter asks questions to see if you qualify. It wasn't intimidating and you feel welcomed. You are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback. The interview was over the phone.
