firstly they conduct candidates first round in communication skills after that second round which is personality based then most important for salection typing speed and translation skills after that they hired the valuable candidate
1st round is HR round . If you clear it then it will be Ops Round . 1:1 interaction in ops round. If you clear ops then you have to appear in Versent test.
