They are friendly and very helpful. Approachable when it comes in clarifying things with regards with the offer, requirements, location and so on. They are also giving updates and reminders if there are some things that you need to submit specially regarding the deadline.
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.
