I had my initial interview over the phone and took an assessment online. Later that day, I was called for a final interview onsite. I was asked a few questions commonly asked by any company. The recruiter was an eloquent speaker so I had no trouble understanding everything she said.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
