This interview process was a breeze! From start to finish, it took less than a week. I applied online one evening, and by the next afternoon, I had a phone interview scheduled. The phone interview was super casual just a chat with the hiring manager about my experience and why I was interested in the role. They seemed impressed and scheduled training for the following week

Why are you interested in working for our company?
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
