Had exactly same experience as last reviewer for this role. Took a while to hear about getting an interview (circa 5 weeks). No option for time or date, just a confirmation of when it would be and a one sentence brief as to what needed to be presented. On the actual day interviewers and reception staff very friendly and accommodating. It’s been two months since my interview and after emailing recruitment and trying to call them a few times, with no one ever answering the phone, I’ve heard nothing. I understand that they may not advise all unsuccessful applicants at application stage, but when one is interviewed face to face it is pretty poor not to have the courtesy to advise the outcome. Gives me a poor impression of the business as a potential employee and customer.
