The interview seemed to go extremely well. I had two interviewers, both very friendly. The first told me I did very well and sent me to the second interviewer. The second interviewer also told me I did very well and even bonded with me about the fact that we both had the same previous job. She then sent me back to the waiting area, and I heard her asking a co-worker where the HR manager was because she wanted to make an offer but only the HR person can do that. They said she was in a meeting, so my interviewer came over to me and said 'Well unfortunately our HR manager can't meet you right now because she's at a meeting so we will have to call you. It won't be anymore than a few days". To me, this seemed like I definitely had the job. But nope, rejection email 3 days later with no feedback. Quite frustrating considering if the HR person didn't happen to be in a meeting I would have been offered the job on the spot, and instead I get no offer.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
