Applied online for the position, and was contacted for my first interview 2-3 weeks later, but I applied near Christmas time, where it's crazy busy for retailers. 1st: Phone interview with recruiter. Lasted about 15 minutes, and she asked about why I wanted to work with Target, and some other standard questions. 2nd: Phone interview with Sr. Recruiter. Lasted 1/2 hour, including more standard questions and behavioral/situation questions. 3rd and 4th: In person or video conference interview with Store Team Leader and District Team Leader. 1/2 each, behavioral/situation questions. 5th: In person with Group leader. 1/2 hour-1 hour, more behavioral questions. If you win over this person, there is a job offer.
