To be quite honest, I was a little surprised to be interviewed by people just barely out of their teens. I thought Target DC would take the interview process a little more seriously. There are people, kids really, interviewing individuals who could run circles around them in a warehouse environment and duties within it. I get the distinct impression that, no matter the years of extensive warehousing employment one might have under their belt, and I know quite a few who applied there, if you are over the age of 40 and in most cases, don't even bother.
