Got my resume submitted through employee and got a call within 3 days of submission. 3 rounds of interview was scheduled for a day. 2 rounds happened the day scheduled and they said they will collect feedback of 2 rounds and if required call for 3rd round. Next day they called up to inform 2 rounds went well and hence i have meet VP for 3rd round. That was after a week. I finished the VP round and they said HR will call me back next day. But there was no call and waited for few days and sent a mail. No response.Even i tried to call the HR and no response.They were very professional whole process and was very impressed. Not giving the feedback after VP round even after sending an email is not good for a company like Target.
