TaskUs's recruiter approached me through LinkedIn. I was first invited to a video interview right away for basic background and personality check. Then followed by an online technical interview covering the projects I have done related to data analysis in the past. Finally I was invited to Taipei office to conduct series of interviews with local managers to ensure I fit the team and the culture. Throughout the process my recruiter took very good care with me, such as constantly updated the process to me and made sure all interview went smooth. All the managers interviewed me were very professional, friendly and helpful. I would rate it the best interview experience I've ever had so far.
