They were typical interview questions about experience and how to handle difficult customers. It was a pretty easy interview process. I sat down with the store manager and her assistant and they gave me an offer right there.

Most difficult questions was probably how to deal with in store drama.
Submitted application. Called back within a few days. Due to distance, the interview was via video chat. Process took only a week or so. Excellent manager with insight to the brand and the people. She painted a picture of what the store environment is like and set clear expectations of what the role entails.
