Round 1: Technical Screening Focused on evaluating fundamental coding skills and understanding of core JavaScript concepts. Rounds 2 & 3: MERN Stack Deep Dive Covered in-depth questions on React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express. Round 4: Product Owner Round Evaluated alignment with the product vision, communication skills, and thought process regarding feature implementation and user experience. Round 5: HR Round After clearing all rounds and submitting background verification documents, I was told in the HR round that I would be contacted regarding the offer letter and joining date. Two weeks later, I was informed that project timelines were not clear. Despite this, I was later asked to interview again for a different role (Full Stack AI Engineer) with prep instructions on Generative AI and VS Code Extension Development. However, the interview did not cover these topics. Unrelated questions were asked instead and performance was criticized. This was not the first time I faced such an experience. A similar situation occurred earlier where I cleared rounds, submitted background verification documents, and then received no communication at all.
