Three interviews over the course of one year. Three promises of a reply within 1-2 weeks. No replies to any of the numerous follow-up letters.
The staff at Terracon did not seem to know what position they were hiring for and at one point decided not to fill the position at all.
Terracon’s bad reputation was well represented during this interview process.

How would you deal with a coworker not pulling his weight?
I sent many applications online, and the next day, Terracon regional owner in Oklahoma sent me an email, what is your prefered time. I thought I was going to there from Texas, but they wanted me to have an interview on phone first.
