The first interview was one on one and very personal. Most of the questions were behavoral and they were curious about your future goals. The second interview consisted of 2 panels. The questions were very company specific and specific for the financial role. About half of the questions were technical (financial) and they want to know specifically why TI is right for you. Review company website, financial statements, and have an idea of future growth opportunities. The company expects its employees to work long hours
There were three different interviews held which all consisted on a video call. The interviews weren’t too hard but the difficulty did increase for each interview. Being prepared on your answers as well as scenarios questions was helpful for me
