Basic applications are submitted online, and require little time to complete. There is a one round interview process that mostly includes behavioral questions, but may have some questions that require basic technical knowledge. My interview was online due to COVID-19.

The interviewers are really kind and willing to listen to you and to offer you their feedback. The content would include self-introduction, your motivation, the challenge you had conquered, and the strength and the weakness you think you have.
