Online application with covering letter, followed by a video interview with a partner (due to the pandemic). Interview was a mix of 'getting to know you' style questions, my approach to a legal problem a company was facing in the news, and some 'tell me a time you' style questions.
45 minute video interview with a Partner. Questions were largely based around commercial awareness, and motivations surrounding joining the firm. Further questions were asked based on how you answered each questions. Opportunities to ask questions at the end.

Was is a recent piece of business news that has interested you?
1 hour long online interview with a Partner with a discussion mostly centered around critical thinking questions - like debate type assessments about current affairs issues. Aside from the basic motivational questions like Why Travers and why commercial law, the rest of the interview was centered about getting to know your thought process.
