Make sure after you’re interviewed by Jamal you interview separately with Jim the owner. This way you’ll see the giant disconnect between them. When I interviewed, I only interviewed with HR and then later with Jim. The interview date was canceled over 6 times. They finally flew me out to San Francisco to meet. They put me on a plane that landed 30min later than the interview time and gave me the wrong directions to the interview location. My interview was such a disorganized mess I should have known then but I was intrigued by and how this place was profitable. I later learned it was the current owners brother who no longer runs the company that made Unisource successful.
