They clearly explain every step of the process and set proper expectations, so I never had to wonder or guess what would happen next. The TA team is really friendly, and they always make sure to keep you updated on how your application is going. The interview process goes like this: first there’s an assessment (because I applied on pooling which has no specific account), followed by an initial interview, then another assessment, and finally the client interview.
