On the first interview, we talked about an hour about the position, my work experience, about Unity in general, about motivation and possible relocation. I asked questions about general stuff, about the structure of the department, team and etc.
On the interview with the team, we talked about more specific things like team goals, clients, technical aspects, position requirements. We talked a lot about my experience in programmatic, work with agencies and clients, commercial verticals, about developing the product and how I as a potential member of the team could have an influence on it. We went deeper with my questions about the ad platform with the team members who directly work with it.
