I've had two Interviews, one on the phone, second one online. Then I needed to give my references information. While I was in online interview there were two parts. First one only conversation, on the second part I showed my skill level. Overall all process was very interesting, interviewers were very fun and interesting.

Overall I think the hiring procedure is great. I believe most of the steps were truly needed to test my skills, however I think the required "recommendations" step should be optional or at least be in the beginning stages of the hiring process.
