The first round was an introductory interview with a recruiter, it was relatively casual and centered around my experiences. The second round for me was a chat with the head of the team I was applying to, and I was asked a multitude of questions relating to scenarios I would find myself in when working in this space. The third round consisted of four separate conversations with different members of the team, was very conversational and extremely fun in my opinion.

The process was clear and thorough, I was given clear instructions on the interview process throughout. The interviewers were honest, gave good feedback, insight on the role and culture at the organisation.
