They required me to fill out an online profile, including references. I was also asked to complete a ridiculously long survey, that contained many questions only relevant to a nurse or other healthcare employee. They asked me to set a time for a preliminary phone interview and immediately contacted my references. I thought it was inappropriate to contact my references before they even spoke to me. They canceled my phone interview the next day, stating the position had been filled.
