After doing prior research about the openings and filling out an online application I arrived at an on-site location and filled out a form similar to my online application with additional questions regarding observation of my surroundings. After filling out the form I spoke with a manager within the company who reviewed my hand-written observations and queried me on my previous job experience as well as personal life goals and whether I see myself working for this company in the long-term. Upon finishing the Manager and I shared some casual conversation before leaving the interview room and going to speak with one of his associates to acquire another form for my guard card training. It was straight forward, low-stress and simple. My only concern was the very low expectations the company seems to have for it's employees; it did create a very relaxed and friendly interview process, however it simply told me that they are not seeking quality employees.
