I answered 81 questions online, and completed a 9 page application which included my SSN. I received an e-mail asking me to call and schedule an interview. I called and was transferred to a rude, incompetant individual. She could not seem to get the spelling of my name correct, as I had to spell it three times (J-O-H-N-S-O-N), and told me the only time she had available for an interview was 8/20 @ 10.;45. I asked if she could give me any details regarding the job, she said all of that information should have been included in the ad (it was not). Then...she proceeded to tell me that although the job description was for a RECEPTIONIST/PACKAGING CLERK, it was really for a SECURITY PROFESSIONAL/RECEPTIONIST/PACKAGING CLERK. She also said that if I was not certified as a security professional, universal could get me certified for $110.
