They initially do a HR screening, then engineering screening, then hand you an assignment; after this would be the final interview. I got as far as the assignment, after having 2 interviews. The tone of both video calls from the interviewers was already off-putting, there was absolutely no excitement or interest especially on the 2nd engineering interview. The assignment was pretty heavy on requirements, but I got it done with unit tests and even going above and beyond implementing a gRPC wrapper around the library. After submitting, I received no response for 5 days. After which I was informed that I got rejected but would be given feedback if interested. I thought the feedback would be a helpful learning experience, so I asked for the feedback. Then I received what is obviously an AI generated slop review. The review points they make don’t make sense whatsoever, they obviously didn’t take 30 minutes to look at my solution (bear in mind the assignment has a 7 days deadline for the applicant).
