Simple and clean interview process. I submitted my CV and did not have to go through the process of submitting any lengthy forms or do any laborious tests. First Stage: Video Interview, discussing the role, my background and what I knew about the company. Second Stage: Face to face interview in the Validus offices. I was asked to do a case study and present it to a partner and associate in the business. I presented the case study in power point (it was around 7-10 slides long) on various risk management strategies and their pros/cons. Third Stage: Lunch in Windsor with the Managing Partner and another Partner. Very relaxed and informal, more of a "fit" style interview.
