I had a phone call with an hr person. Then a zoom with the head of HR and the first person. Then an in person interview with the the head of HR and an engineer. The in person interview was less than 15 minutes. I answered their questions well, but it seemed they weren't impressed with my experience. Which is a bit annoying because I already had explained my experience in depth in their previous interviews and thought the on site would be more technical. They seemed nice but I was a bit annoyed leaving the onsite after less than 20 minutes, and a feeling that I was never being seriously considered.
