      The interview was scheduled on Sept 30th, At 3:00PM IST, for the Ribandar Goa Branch of the Webware.io. I would like to list out all the things that went horribly down hill in terms of the entire process of interview. The management is on dot not bothered about you. The interviewee's will find themselves sitting idle with no one coming to address them for hours. The written test regarding the post was assigned to me after about 40mins of waiting, which was given to me and the HR lady disappeared, after another 1.15hours(Test is hardly of any 30mins MAX), someone who seemed to be a developer himself came to take technical interview, He doesn't ask anything but technical questions(Not even name). And ask me to wait for another 30mins for the practical test on the computer. Here is where the things go even worst it's 5:14PM while I am still patiently waiting for my turn to come for the technical task to come up. The task happens to be "Design entire responsive e-commerce website", mind you entire. With animations and added mobile view design as exactly specified. I don't know if it was a task or an entire project to be given to someone. With that kind of time limit. They don't give you time limit for it.. they practically just leave you idle to do whatever you want. I did the task till 7:30PM, no one comes to ask you what is done or how much is done. Upon then asking what next should I do.. the person says I would have to wait more for the person who is up to take my interview is busy. I would suggest the people going up next for webware that Glassdoor reviews about the management is 100% accurate and they simply don't care about you and your time. They don't even analyse the time required for uncanny task they allot people, and also if that's so they should have kept the interview a full day process, which they didn't. It was entire waste of time. And they didn't even get my name proper in the end. Just "waste" of time.
