The interviewers did not come prepared at all. They did not review my resume until I was at the interview as they thought I had prior experience as a nurse even though my resume clearly stated I was a new grad. They asked me many difficult scenario questions about the unit despite me being a new grad (with no prior experience in the specific unit) therefore I just knew the basics but they expected me to have so much knowledge. Furthermore, during the interview they made snide comments, used a condescending tone and were grilling me (a few questions they repeated 2-3 times because they were not happy with the examples I gave them!). Also, one interviewer was scrolling through their phone for a few minutes while I was answering questions. Overall, not a pleasant experience and the management was rude and incredibly unprofessional. I have not received an offer yet but even if I do, I will gladly decline! I could not imagine what it would be like to work with these individuals and in this environment. Very poor look for the unit but also William Osler as a whole. I would advise anyone not to work here.

It took 24 min. The conversation is quit simple and interesting. Friendly conversation specially related to your previous experience. But did not here back. This my third weak. So what should I do? Ngg position in med/surg please suggest? No reply follow up emails
