- Hacker Rank coding questions are medium-hard levels.
- The Cognitive test is hard to pass if you don't practice it before. The time constraint is really strict. It's not practical to solve each question under 1 minute pressure. It does not make sense to use the Cognitive test to verify the candidates. Hacker Rank is good enough and more reliable.

HR screening followed by an online test that consisted of three parts. The interview was well structured and professional and took about one hour. The interview process took about two weeks.

The overall experience was horrific and one of the worst I've ever given! Read through for details
1. HR screen
I applied for the role and got an email stating I was shortlisted and will have a call with HR for initial screen. The HR postponed the call 5 times after committing to a date. After a painful 10 days of waiting time, we had the screen round and everything went well where asked all my details and why I'm shifting, why wisetech, etc.,
After this they sent the coding round hackerrank links.
2. Online Assessment
OA round was a excruciatingly painful process where you have to solve 3 medium questions which are hard to understand as they give you essays to read through. I solved them and it actually took 3 hours to solve this.
3. Cognitive Assessment
This was the most absurd round I've ever given. You have to solve 8 verbal reasoning questions in 10 minutes, 8 numerical questions in 10 minutes and 10 logical questions in 10 minutes. I somehow was able to solve most of them.
4. One more HR call to collect details before scheduling rounds
HR called me again to collect my entire work history and the projects I did at each company to send it to the Hiring manager before scheduling rounds. It was an 1 hour call where I had to explain all the projects in all of my past companies and why did I choose wisetech type of questions.
5. Ghosting phase
After spending 5+ hours of assessments + HR calls, HR mentioned that they will send my details to HM and once they approve, I will be scheduled the actual interview rounds.
After 3 weeks of ghosting, HR came back and said due to "some" reason, HM didnt select my profile and they will not be moving forward.
Verdict: Dont waste your precious time interviewing here as they dont value the time spent by us.
