1st process was the phone screen interview which took about 30 min. The phone screen was a casual conversation with the HR department just getting to know me and tell me about the position. If they felt you were worth meeting executive management, you were called for an in-person interview. The in person interview lasted about 1 hour.

Phone screen, then in person interview, then they let you go to the site you will potentially work at to see if you like it and to make sure you are a good fit.
