The interview process began with a call personally from the CEO. He was engaging and welcoming.I'm passionate about the work that he's does. He listens intently. And had a good gauge on who I was very quickly. I appreciated the he leaned heavily into questions dealing with quality of character. Stating that honesty was one of the top priorities for him. He swiftly offered me an opportunity and stated that the onboarding process would begin with an email from a hr. It was atmos two weeks before I started.

I’m moving to my second round of interviews. So far the interview process has been easy for me. The questions are put standard and straight forward. I’m hoping the remainder is easy s as well.
