I started with a phone interview, then had three in person interviews. They were very respectful of my time since I was already working and had to take time off to attend the interviews. It's a longer interview process here than at other places I've worked, but they explained that since they are a small company they want to be sure I have good idea of my job responsibilities and that it's a good fit for everyone, including me. I really appreciated that.
