Pride begins with allyship. Creating an inclusive workplace starts with listening, learning, and showing up for one another. This Pride Month let’s keep building spaces where everyone feels seen, respected, and empowered to be themselves. Happy Pride!

Celebrating the incredible women in our Fiji team. International Women’s Day is a reminder of the vital role women play in our communities, workplaces, and the wider economy. In Fiji, from agriculture to tourism to community care, women are truly the backbone of society, and it’s inspiring to see more women stepping into leadership roles across industries and government. We’re proud of our people who bring empathy, resilience, and innovation to the team every day. Special shout-outs to Shay Veisamasama, who actively supports the local LGBTIQ+ community, and Makereta Tagivakatini, whose support and friendly ear uplift everyone in the office. Your contributions help make our workplace more inclusive and our culture stronger.
We do more than mark International Women’s Day. We take action throughout the year. Our Women’s Accelerator initiatives are a global movement, with five external networks (and counting!), 400 internal graduates, and one sports cross-over. This month, we’re celebrating the doors opened, connections made, and journeys advanced through advocacy and access.
