Today we're spotlighting Gil Viana, Benchmark's Service Desk Support Specialist. Gil has been with Benchmark for two years and has worked diligently to support both our Home Office and Community teams. In his role, Gil connects daily with associates across the organization - an aspect of his work that he finds especially meaningful. "My goal is to make technology feel a little less frustrating and a lot more accessible, with patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. I get to meet so many associates, which I really enjoy.
