At Compass Children's Homes, we pride ourselves on our fantastic Learning and Development Schemes that guide our Residential Support Workers through the levels of their career. In 2023, we celebrated as an incredible 100 RSW's passed their Level 3 NCFE Cache Diploma in Residential Child Care, and an impressive 18 progressed by passing the NCFE Cache Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Another proud moment in one of our homes! A new young person on a visit spoke about wanting to have a Minecraft bedroom, this was turned around in 2 days with a lot of measuring, time, a countless amount of masking tape and a lot of skill. Absolutely smashing it and going over and above for our children. This has been painted on and is not a wall sticker! We are blown away and safe to say the child loves their new bedroom!
