On today’s Q1 ’26 earnings call, John Peyton, Dine Brands CEO, shared that all three of our brands delivered flat‑to‑positive sales performance, outperformed Black Box on comp sales, and delivered year‑over‑year growth in off‑premise. These results reflect continued progress against our priorities—enhancing the guest experience, strengthening and simplifying marketing, and advancing menu innovation and everyday value. This Team Member Resource Group is dedicated to providing professional and personal development opportunities for women and their supporters, while championing a positive, inclusive environment that encourages success. Throughout the month, the group hosted events designed to inspire conversation and support growth. Highlights included a virtual panel featuring Amanda Clark, Nicole Durham-Mallory, and Lenna Yamamichi, who shared insights on career growth, leadership, and lessons learned throughout their journeys. Team members also gathered at the Pasadena Restaurant Support Center (RSC) for a Cheers & Connections Happy Hour, where they had the opportunity to network while recognizing the impact of women past, present, and future.
