With 400 people in our Amsterdam HQ and a big part of this number being internationals, it’s important to integrate well into the Dutch culture. For over two years now, Harold (our teacher) has been sharing his knowledge with us. Learning all the tips and tricks about the Dutch language and culture is not easy but it sure is fun! Ga je mee?
There’s an EVBox Hero in all of us, and we celebrate them every month! Shout-out to Laura, Tom, and George (not featured) for being nominated our first EVBox Heroes. These are the people that really bring out the #EVproud feeling. This is what we had to say about our colleagues. Laura: “In May 2018, the embedded software team counted 3 people. In September 2019 we’re a big family of 22 Developers. Laura put incredible effort in recruiting all these people, always in good spirits and with professionalism. ” George: “George is really an example of an EVBoxer: enthusiastic, always willing to help, always positive, always with the aim of moving forward.” Tom: “His personality and the ability to understand the context makes some decisions easy to take. Sometimes we just need a short discussion to make a good plan or solve a problem.”
