Recently, a group of passionate #SourceOfGood champions from our Taguig office, in the Philippines, took part in an impact sourcing job fair focused on empowering out-of-school youth, persons with disabilities (PWD), and members of underserved communities. What made it special? Four job seekers walked away with on-the-spot offers – turning hope into reality in a single day. They sorted, stickered, labelled, and digitized hundreds of storybooks — all part of a Library Inventory Management drive. From ISBNs to author names, every detail mattered, because these aren’t just books — they’re portals to possibility for the children who will read them. With 70% of the library now ready and shining, we’re one step closer to creating a welcoming, organized space that nurtures curiosity, joy, and a love for reading.
