We are happy to share that the Hughes Systique Cricket team – HSC XI, by defeating Aristrocrat Technologies in the finals have lifted the coveted Travomint Cup! A gruelling tournament which started in October 2024, saw some of the toughest teams battle it out for glory. The team’s path to final was especially more challenging as they had to play the formidable Samsung Avengers of Samsung Technologies in the semi-finals. But in the end, they won the match comfortably. Captain of the team & Technical Director – Engineering at HSC, Anurag Gour, said, “This win truly means a lot to the entire team. After two years of consistent effort, setbacks, and near-misses, lifting the trophy is incredibly special. It’s a proud moment for everyone — a result of hard work, passion, and strong team spirit”. Mr. Hemanta Chandra Bhatt, Head of Quality & Chief Data Officer, Hughes Systique, was invited as a speaker at Confederation of Indian Industry’s Cloud Summit 2025, which was held at Hotel ITC Maurya, Delhi. He shared his insights in a panel discussion on “Policy, Privacy & Cloud: Creating a Responsible AI-Cloud Framework”. Mr. Bhatt was joined by Mr. Amit Sinha Roy, VP – Global Strategic Alliances, Tata Communications Ltd., Mr. Biswajit Bhattacharya, Partner, IBM India & South Asia, Mr. Kirtikar Ojha, Government Business Head & CMO, L&T Cloudfiniti, Dr. Pavan Duggal, Advocate, Supreme Court of India and Mr. Rohit Pant, ED, Deloitte, in the panel discussion. The theme of the conference was “Beyond Boundaries: Cloud Without Limits”. The discussion was focused on aligning cloud policies with data privacy laws and AI governance to create a framework for responsible and inclusive digital systems. Mr. Bhatt shared his thoughts on governance mechanisms and standards pertaining to AI-Cloud framework. The session concluded with the panellists agreeing on the key priorities of compliance with global standards (like GDPR), ethical AI usage, and balancing innovation with safeguards that protect citizens’ rights.

Mr. Pradeep Kirnapure, Distinguished Engineer & CoE Head - AI, Cloud and Applications, Hughes Systique, was invited as a speaker at AMCHAM India’s Cyber Security for Critical Infrastructure 2.0 conference, to talk about “Critical Infrastructure: Enhancing Cyber Security with AI Integration”. The high-level forum was held at the Taj Mansingh Hotel, New Delhi and addressed the urgent challenges in securing critical infrastructure, digital payment systems, and hardware foundations in an increasingly interconnected world.

It was held at The Suryaa Hotel in New Delhi and was attended by investors & inventors, where they got a chance to network, collaborate, and advance the monetization path.
It is with immense sadness we share the news of Hughes Systique’s Chairman and former President and CEO of Hughes Network Systems, Mr. Pradman Kaul’s passing. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends; our thoughts are with them during this challenging period. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate his remarkable life. Mr. Anirudh Gupta, Senior Principal Engineer, Hughes Systique, has been appointed as the new Module Development Lead (MDL) for the Life Cycle Management Module Development Group by Open Source MANO (OSM), a European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI)-hosted project to develop an Open Source Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) Management and Orchestration (MANO) software stack aligned with ETSI NFV. OSM delivers a production-quality open-source MANO stack meeting the requirements of commercial NFV deployments.
The Golden Hearts of Parivartan had a great start to the year by contributing to the focus areas that Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) has been working in. The volunteers in Gurugram campus participated in the mock interview drive conducted for the soon-to-be graduating students of NIIT Foundation. Mr. Pradiman Pandita, VP – IT, HSC, motivated the students post their mock interviews and inspired them to always give their best & avoid shortcuts to success. The volunteers from Gurugram and Noida campuses participated enthusiastically at a plantation drive in the Jaunapur City Forest in Delhi, which was organized in association with our NGO Partner, Give Me Trees Trust. The team, while planting more than 100 trees, also contributed individually to planting 1100 trees. The team in Bengaluru have initiated a campaign of food donation and combating food wastage. With the motto of “Sharing is Caring”, the team visits the underserved locations of Bengaluru and distributes food to the marginalized families. With many more such activities planned for the future, the start has been promising.
