How are you celebrating Black History Month? - At Kantar, we are inviting colleagues in the UK to share their stories through events and discussions as we celebrate a year to be proud in the face of inequality. The theme of Black History Month UK “Proud To Be,” invites people to share the pride they have in their heritage and culture “in their own way” and “in their own words.” #WeAreKantar #LifeAtKantar

Scott Carter, our Chief Human Resources Officer, writes for @DrumMagazine about our growth culture, and how it has enabled Kantar to bounce back to pre-pandemic trading levels:
World Mental Health Day (10 October) marks the 1-year anniversary of the #WeAreHere campaign at Kantar, raising awareness around mental health challenges. We know the last 12 months has been challenging for everyone, so we are giving all our employees an additional day’s leave this October to rest and recharge. Enjoy!

Meet Azar from our Technology team... “I work as a PMO analyst within Central Services / HQ, which started as a very small team; it was a team that was only formed in 2020, and I was one of the first team members (one of the ‘originals’ as I’d like to call myself). The team has now grown and has become an integral part of Central Services. The PMO is responsible for various methods and practices around embedding programme standards and frameworks, improving the overall project management and delivery across the organisation, as well as tracking and reporting the conformance to plans and expectations of IT-oriented initiatives.” Find out more about Jamal’s role at Kantar, and meet some of our other colleagues working in Tech: #LifeAtKantar #DiscoverTheFutureWithUs #Technology #WeAreKantar
