At Methodist, we're shining a spotlight on graduates of our Nurse Residency Program, the pivotal step between nursing school and real nursing practice. Today's graduate is Roshni John. Nurse residents have personal mentors who share their knowledge and expertise and offer encouragement. This was Roshni's favorite part of her residency. A former patient care technician and telemetry technician, she learned valuable skills that smoothed her transition from a student nurse to a confident, competent professional nurse.
